Jeaneen Barnhart

JEANEEN BARNHART is dedicated to the art of drawing and painting – creating works with an expressive classic style and a delicate attention to detail. Her drawings and paintings can be seen at Cross Gate Gallery in Lexington, KY to Ralph Lauren’s Polo Bar in New York City. Jeaneen’s art has graced the sets of televisions & movies on Lifetime, Hallmark, HBO, and ABC. She has been licensed to create a series of powerful drawings of 1973 Triple Crown champion, Secretariat. In 2020, Jeaneen’s art was featured on the Maker’s Mark/Keeneland Commemorative Bottle for the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund. Most recently, she was selected as the 2024 artist for the Windsor Charity Polo Cup in Vero Beach, FL.

 

Jeaneen started painting at an early age along with her twin sister, Doreen. After receiving her BFA degree from Alfred University in NY, Jeaneen joined her sister in Louisville, KY, where they both reside. They have partnered on many projects together, including five Kentucky Derby Festival Posters and the 2010 Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby Commemorative Bottle.
